Where we stand
Freedom has one boundary
We built VPS GOAT to keep lawful, controversial and unpopular projects online. That mission has exactly one limit: we will never be a shield for content that harms real people.
What we defend
- Privacy, anonymity and encryption
- Free speech and unpopular opinions
- Whistleblowers and independent journalism
- Projects censored for politics, not harm
- Adult, crypto and gambling ventures where lawful
What we will never host
- Child sexual abuse material — zero tolerance, reported
- Terrorism and incitement to real-world violence
- Malware, botnet C2 and attacks against third parties
- Phishing and fraud that targets other people
- Trafficking of humans, weapons or CSAM
How abuse is handled
Reports are reviewed by humans, not bots. Foreign copyright notices alone do not trigger takedowns — but credible reports of the prohibited categories above are actioned fast and, where the law demands it, escalated to the proper authorities. Privacy is our promise; complicity in harming people is not part of it.
